I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. I was visiting friends and family, and the hotel was in a perfect location with lots of great attractions, restaurants, and things to see nearby. The valet team deserves a special shoutout—Ross, Kyra, and Zaileon were all amazing and provided fast, friendly service every single time. The concierge and bellman Ervin and Estevan were also incredibly helpful with my luggage and made everything so easy. The front desk staff Jeremy and Kevin also provided me and my girlfriend with amazing hospitality. I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. Everyone I met made me feel welcome, and I look forward to staying here again.

Bui Minh Thuan checked me in and throughout the entire stay seeing them each time, they were warm and kind. The epitome of a caring hospitality professional. ||I thought the price couldn’t be beat for this hotel. It’s an older building and a renovation would be a great refresh but it was totally serviceable as it was. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a desk for work or eating at. ||I needed a business center to complete some of my work. There wasn’t one but the front desk was great at helping me scan and print documents as needed. The only other thing I would have really liked would have been a full service spa, or at the very least, some massage services. ||Breakfast was good with ample menu options to keep me happy for three morning there. The dinner service was a bit more limited but there was always someone one available to help me with an order, even in the afternoon. ||My suitcase was separated from me by American Airlines and I worried about it for all of my furst day. The night shift front desk received it in the middle of the night and safely stowed it for me to retrieve when I woke first thing in the morning. ||I look forward to turning sometime.

Everything you'd want a quality hotel to be. Beautiful, with thoughtful artpieces in every space, big rooms, ENORMOUS wardrobes when you can prepare suits / ballgowns, or throw a party... seriously these are the biggest walk-in-wardrobes i've seen in hotel. Pool area situated between the two towers is lovely, but the absolute highlight is the staff. They were all excellent but a big shout out to Patrick on the Concierge team. He has a smile that lights up the room and a warmth that is genuine and makes you feel like a best friend. But when it comes to finding answers to guest questions he's like a dog with a bone... he won't let it go. He helped me enormously, tracking down a cigar bar where i could watch the AUS VS USA world cup match, and every time I would go past he was on a new 'mission', at one time he was chasing German Oktoberfest costumes for some guests who clearly wanted to dress up for their game! He loves the chase, he was on the phone getting all the answers so he could pass on the good news to the guests. Absolutely brilliant, and he's not alone, its a great team who do everything they can for guests. Location could hardly be better, I walked to all my appointments downtown, there's all kinds of food options from fast, to coffee shops, to high end restaurants, take your pick, and take a stroll, you'll be there in minutes. Will stay again.

Upon arrival, valet, bellman and check in experience was friendly, fast and well done. Everything about the stay was great except the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the bath tub. There was visible hair and other markings in the tub. We don’t notice until late at night when getting ready to shower and bath. I was able to get a towel and clean it up, but was an unpleasant experience.

This is an amazing place to stay. I always skip reviewing places because most places are just fine. The valet was very kind, we walked in the door and were greeted by Philip the concierge who entertained us and gave us great information about where to go for dinner while we were waiting in line. The person who checked us in was so warm. The room was cozy and comfortable and the we didn't hear any hall noises-which was so nice. A few hours after we checked in we walked through the lobby and were greeted by name by Phillip-which was so delightful. I would wholly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the Mother of the Bride upgrade suite. The complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne were such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel extra special.
